your woo intensive
A reset for the mind, body, and spirit.
A morning or afternoon, just for you. Four hours, plus a meal together.
This is spacious, unhurried work that generally can't happen in one 45 minute session. We move through whatever you need: journeys, QHHT, movement, somatics, mindfulness, meditation, ritual. I can even join you at something — an event, an appointment, a moment you don't want to walk into alone. (Yes, I travel too!).
Come solo. Bring your people. We have so many options.
We'll connect over WhatsApp beforehand to plan and shape the day around what you need, and also afterward for integration.
What is it?
For most of human history, we didn't let big moments pass unmarked. Our ancestors gathered to bury the dead, to welcome a child, to send a daughter into marriage, to mark a harvest or a first blood or a coming of age. They lit fires, poured water, buried objects in the earth, painted their bodies, spoke words and prayers.
Ritual was how a community said: this matters, and we bless it.
Somewhere along the way, many of us lost this. We still have the milestones — the divorces, the diagnoses, the empty nests, the reinventions — but we rarely have anything to mark them.
Bringing ritual back isn't about performing an aesthetic or borrowing someone else's tradition. It is remembering that transitions should be witnessed by ourselves, and sometimes by others, so they can actually finish moving through us instead of staying half-processed in the body.
In a Woo Intensive, we can create and enact a ritual for whatever threshold you're standing at -
a beginning
an ending
a loss
a release
a becoming
Maybe you are getting married, leaving a marriage, turning forty, closing a chapter with a parent, becoming a mother or father, or welcoming a new identity, a new body, a new chapter you haven't named yet.
We'll shape something rooted in what's true for you — pulling from ceremony, symbolism, embodiment, and whatever language your own life speaks. This ritual is co created for the exact moment you're in, so that it can hold weight long after the intensive ends.
Ritual Work
What You'll Walk Away With
Clarity — space and time to actually hear yourself, away from the noise of daily life
Nervous system reset — regulation, not just relaxation, through embodied work (somatics, movement, breath)
Unstuck — movement through whatever's been looping — a decision, a grief, a pattern, a block
Integration, not just insight — the pre/post WhatsApp support means what surfaces actually gets integrated into your life. It doesn’t just stay an idea.
A felt shift — most people describe it as feeling lighter, clearer, more themselves by the end
A plan, if you need one — if the day surfaces something actionable, you leave with a next step, not just an experience

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, absolutely. Many clients come to an intensive while already working with another therapist. This isn't a replacement for ongoing talk therapy — it's a different container, meant for deeper embodied and spiritual work that complements what you're already doing. I'm happy to coordinate or stay in your existing therapist's lane if that's helpful; just let me know your preference when we plan.
-
That's normal, and honestly most people start here. We shape the day together during our pre-intensive WhatsApp planning — you don't need to arrive with a plan already built.
-
Parts of it may draw on clinical tools I use as an LPC, but the intensive as a whole is a blended offering — part therapeutic, part spiritual, part somatic. It's not a substitute for ongoing mental health treatment if that's something you need.
-
Yes. Partners, friends, family — this work can be done solo or with others. Additional people are +$250 each.
-
Because we're moving through embodied and sometimes deep material, it's normal to feel tender, activated, or unusually clear afterward. It’s normal to feel totally energized and motivated. That's part of why WhatsApp integration support is built in. You're not left to process alone.
-
In person (preferred! and I can travel to you) or virtually. I'll also travel to you, wherever that is — anything beyond 30 minutes travel time incurs additional travel fees, which we'll sort out during planning.
-
I can issue a superbill for the intensive, but it's unlikely your insurance will reimburse the full amount. Intensives blend clinical and non-clinical work, and most insurance plans only reimburse for the clinical portion, if at all. I would treat any reimbursement as a possible bonus rather than something to count on. If you want a superbill, just let me know and I'm happy to provide one post woo intensive.

Payment is due in full at the time we reserve your date.

Since intensives block off almost an entire day, I ask for at least one week’s notice to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedule requests within that window forfeit 50% of the payment already made.
